The transaction fees are to cover the costs we are charged by Affinipay.  We are charged a flat $0.20 per transaction and then 4% of the purchase price.  If we don’t include the transaction fees, then the net amount we receive isn’t enough to cover the true costs.

Many items can also be paid for via cash/check.  The cash/check should be placed inside an envelope with the student’s name and what the money is for on the outside and then placed in the safe in the band hall.  Returned checks will result in a fee back to the parents of that student.  Some examples of things that need to be purchased on the website are: Game Meals and Shirts.
