2019-2020 Band Parent Meeting

IMPORTANT!

We will discuss changes for 2019-2020, summer expectations, and share information from the booster club. Preordered digital yearbooks will be ready to pick up, and school-owned instruments will be available for rental over the summer for a $50 rental fee.

Clear Springs Cafeteria 

Park behind the building and enter the glass doors by the band hall. Audition results will be posted after the meeting. Students may attend, but they will be sent to the band hall to meet with drum majors.

If you cannot make the meeting, there is no make-up. Please find a friend to take notes for you.

 

BOOSTER CLUB MEETING – 4/3/18

Join us for a Booster Club General Membership meeting in the band hall on Tuesday, April 3, at 6:30 PM. We’ll be discussing the BIG Mattress Fundraiser coming up, as well as selecting the nominating committee in preparation for the election of our 2018-2019 Board of Directors. Come hear about how Taste of the Town went and get wind of other ongoing and upcoming projects.

2016-2017 Parent Meeting

All members of the 2016-2017 Clear Springs Charger Band should have at least one parent/guardian attend our annual parent meeting:

7:00 PM
Clear Springs High School – Auditorium

We will discuss Auditions, Summer Band, Equipment Night,  Dues, and Fundraising.  This is the only opportunity to hear everything straight from the directors and ask questions as needed before next year.
